Is AI going to take jobs?

This is a common question and common worry of some people/
The answer is AI WILL change/IS changing job specs.
If you write articles, blogs you will use AI to assist.
If you’re a graphic designer you will use AI to help with design, even mockups.
If you need to summarise or understand a report, you must use AI.
If you are in customer service or support you will have AI assisting you.

I say WILL or MUST, because if you DON’T, you WON’t have a business.
As a manager what does this mean?
– You need to start training, sensitizing your staff to their new job specs.
– You need to re-engineer how your business works
– You need to understand what AI can do and how fast it is changing.
