Integrate with other systems

Our AI chatbots and WhatsApp responders can integrate with most other systems.

There are various ways that this is accomplished:

  1. APIs: Most systems have an API (application programming interface. This let us send questions and answers from our system to theirs, or vice versa.
  2. CSVs: This is an Excel format
  3. Email: all questions and answers can be emailed to our clients

Examples

Our client has a large data base of information and wants all questions and answers stored there. They gave us an API Key and we integrated our data into their system. It is now running live – as a person asks a question and gets the answer, it is immediately made available to their database,
NB This is in addition to our own dashboard which also stores the information

Another client wanted us to check if there is stock of a product if the user asks.
We can for example check on delivery status of an order and give the answer via the chatbots.

Costs depends on the complexity of the requirements, but in general are low due to the ease of using the systems and we have already built our infrastructure to handle requests of this nature.
