Some time back I became quite good at Excel. I could do things in 10 minutes that took some people 2 hours. I once came across someone who was typing up a formula for each cell, so I showed them how to COPY/PASTE. A 3 second task that would have taken 20 minutes for 100 cells.
How much profit in the form of saving that person’s time did I make?
How many times have you been caught in a traffic jam and regretted you did not check Google Maps or Waze just 10 minutes earlier and saved 30 minutes?
How many times do you get a message from a potential customer and not follow up – because it’s too time consuming? Or follow up too late?
